NCAIED Logo PAID is a supporting non-profit program of the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development.

Pacific American Indian Development (PAID) is operated through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency.

The goal of this program is to provide American Indian owned businesses with:

  • an understanding of the requirements of government contracting, and
  • the know-how to obtain and successfully perform Federal, state and local government contracts.
